"You have to be the kind of person who can make the best out of a Monday. You know those people who live for the weekends? They spend five days a week "wishing." Find something worth living for or else you'll look back and realize you've wasted the precious time we have here."

I was DRIVING through the DRIVE-Through ATM yesterday, and saw this sign. Oh, and if you look closely, you'll see it is in Braille, too! Now then, I certainly am for accommodating the handicapped (I raised seeing-eye dogs)! Then again: drive-through...drivers side...sign written in Braille...couldn't help but just wonder...

RL Leonetti A HUGE thank you to all my friends who've taken the time to send your thoughts and prayers. "Loss" always engenders a deeper meaning of "connection" to friends and loved ones in our lives. Be sure and take the time to tell them how happy you are that they are in your life. And to that end, "Thank You" again! My life is better for knowing each of you.

Sometimes, in death, people can teach others about living. My brother's wife, Patti, continued her journey at 3:30 this morning, dying peacefully in her sleep, after a long, arduous bout with heart disease, and 2 years in hospice. She used to quip, "yeah, I'm still here" or "it's not like you can send me a get well card", both designed to make her listener feel better about her impending passing. She made it easy to say to her, "I'd love to keep you around, but if you and the Lord have other plans, please don't stay here on my account." In other words, through the process of her dying, she taught others to live. Rest in Peace, Patricia Buchanan, and know that you did a fantastic job raising your sons, were a phenomenal wife of 49 years, and an incredible and loving sister.
